Great camping!
The most beautiful thing is that part of the camping doesnt have power, so it’s very quit and “tranquilo”.
And you have other part with electricity to plug any device and enjoy light, if you prefer this.

The place is amazing. It’s located next to the Arroyo Goye and between two mountains: Cerro Lopez and Laguna Negra.

Showers with hot water all day, dorms with meals included, huge space for camping with lots of tress and shade, barbecues, etc.

The owners are beautiful and very welcoming people.

Lots of ways to treck the mountains.
Ideal for families and nature lovers.

They filled our US tank without any problem! We also had a problem with the gas system, and a very helpful worker named Roan did everything to help us! Ask for him!

September 19th, 2016 Balneario Kumarurana

Really nice place and very sweet owner. 30 reales per night per car. Wonderful lake to freshen up. We could plug electricity with a large wire. No internet. We had a big problem with our car and the owner took us to a great mechanic. Ask him if you have a problem!

September 13th, 2016 La Maison Suisse

VERY EXPENSIVE!! We paid 30 soles per person, the most expensive place in all Peru... The place is nice, but it doesnt worth it. And when we arrived, they said 10 dollars, and we think that it was for the car, not per person. Internet works only if you are close to the owner's phone.

September 6th, 2016 Miramar Hotel and Restaurant, Huarmey

Perfect place to stay overnight! Very welcoming host. They have a big parking lot where our 25 feet rig fit perfectly. 10 soles per night. The restaurant has a very cheap lunch menu.

September 5th, 2016 Ecolodge Manita Helmita, Lambayeque

Unfortunetly, this is the only place to stay in the area. It looks very nice, but the owner (she said she is the sister of the owner) Consuelo, was very disrespectful to us. As soon as we get off the car, one of the dogs jumped and bit my wife's hand. Consuelo didn't apologise and said "que raro..." Of course, we left our small dog inside the camper all the time. 20 soles for the two of us.

September 3rd, 2016 Swiss Wassi Zorritos

Very nice place right on the beach! Our 25 feet rig fit, but we had to do some moves. 20 soles per rig and 6 soles the laundry. Very nice hosts. The down side, a very annoying perro peruano.

August 26th, 2016 Hacienda Guayabal - Chinchina

Beautiful place! There's a restaurant on route 29 named Fonda Guayabal. There you have to turn! It's right that the route is narrow and steep, but we could do it with our 25 feet trailer! So it's easy. The finca is beautiful and the coffee tour with Felipe was GREAT! 20,000 pp per night and 30,000 the tour in spanish (35,000 in english). 20,000 for an amazing lunch.

August 1st, 2016 Al Bosque Hostel & Glamping

The vibe of this place made us staying for a month! David, Humberto and Daniel were so nice that it was difficult for us to leave. Our rig of 25 feet fitted perfectly. It has rooms with breakfast or a tent with mattress and electricity (glamping!). Places for making fires and a huge kitchen with everything you need. located in Santa Elena, an amazing mountain to be far from the city!! Haha. 10,000 for each of us, pet friendly. We will miss Pepon, Pelos, Nieves, Vaca and Manchas!!

July 9th, 2016 Gas station - Motel - Restaurant

Excellent place to stay a night, between Cartagena and Medellin. It splits the ride in two. We paid COP 25,000 for a double bedroom with AC, TV and private bathroom. They allowed us to stay with our dog.

July 8th, 2016 La Pradera

Gloria was the best host that we ever had! She was always ready to help us in whatever we needed. They have a huge garden with shade where you can park the rig (big camper friendly, the entrance a little bit narrow, but we could fit our 25 feet trailer), with electricity if you need and a bathroom inside their house. The water didnt have enough preasure, so they helped us to charge our tank. They have 7 friendly dogs and four cats. The place is 20 minutes driving from Cartagena, we went to and from three different days without any problem. It costed 30,000 COP the night for the two of us and our dog. We strongly recommend this place for any kind of traveler!! Hope to meet Albeiro the next time!!

May 30th, 2016 Paradise Inn

Beautiful place! Usd 10 for the two of us, with electricity (although not enough power for the AC). Two swimming pools, great for a stop between the border and Panama City.

May 26th, 2016 Eco Ranch Rossy Tours

Beautiful campground with lots of shade. Great Internet, bathrooms and big rig friendly. It has a big swimming pool that you can use for an extra fee. We were 2 people and it was 10 usd per night the two of us. Carlos, the owner, and his family and people working there are GREAT people. They were always ready to help us in whatever we needed. We recommend the place for sure!

April 6th, 2016 Casa Bohemia

We did not stay, too expensive for the kind of place. We came with a big rig and the only possibility is to stay at the parking lot, no shade.

April 2nd, 2016 Rigos Guest House Las Penitas

Very nice place, right on the beach! It was a little bit difficult to drive in with our 25 ft trailer, but we made it! 100 cordovas per person per night, with electricity and you can plug the water hose to fill the tank.

March 30th, 2016 Hotel Villa Linda

Reina and Cesar are the best hosts in Guatemala!! They have a safe locked grassy land next to their home and hotel, where our 25 feet trailer fit perfectly. Also, we shared great home made meals, very cheap, and a meaningful stay that enriches any traveler. Aprox 2 hours from Guatemala City and from Atitlan Lake. 50Q the night for the rig. Hope to come back!!
