Coin operated laundromat in mini mall by gas station. Many machines; 50lbs, 30lbs and 10lbs washers and a wall of big dryers. Typical older laundromat. Could be cleaner but does the job.

Nice camping in the desert. Tent camping $20, electric and water $30 and full hook-up $35. Dumping $10. There is a kitchen and showers and bathrooms. Quiet at night. Perfect location for knowing the area..

Still open and very friendly people.
Right next door is water/ice machine (currently out of order due to freezing storm that came through Texas).

Super quiet, private and dark; lots of stars .. privately owned place by Ronda. Several RV campsites or retro airstreams and busses for rent. Electric hook-ups. Water and sewer is available but not at the sites.
Picknick tables and bbqs and fire rings.
The spot we stayed in was fenced in case you have a dog.
Ronda is Super friendly.
There are cats, dogs, chickens, pot belly pigs and a burro; all a small walk away from the RV spots.

She is 5 miles from the back entrance to Big Bend on dirt road or 38 miles if you prefer paved road. Lots of hiking!

$20 for cave tour (for us not worth it) and $15 for overnight camping. Don’t drive up to parking at the store with a rig longer than 35 feet as the exit turn is really tight. Very quit at night at camping spots. Water tap is only at group camp but is only accessible with a 50’ hose. To go to group camp for water is not recommended for long vehicles (30+).
No facilities, there are garbages.
We saw a coati walk by.

The parking lot is right next to grassy field. Very quiet at night, some road noice in the evening. We were here on a Saturday night. Not sure if there is a time restriction. Good for passing thru..

Very quiet place. By the end of the lake along the small river that flows into the lake. Lots of spaces but tough to get leveled. We saw the salmon spawning!! Very quiet place, cold at night in October

Rv dump $10. Water available. No a very big place so really big rigs might be an issue

Really quiet spot to camp. You can fish in the little lake. There is a bathroom and a garbage container.. 4 spots to camp with picknick tables and fire rings. Super quiet night.

Small bed & breakfast with cabins. Nice pool and garden. Very quiet, beautiful view. Clean rooms with bathroom with hot shower. Breakfast included. Family owned . We paid crc35000 for a night. Not sure if they would let campers park

Very friendly owner Maria and her husband run this camping right on the sea. There’s a natural pool; lots of shade and plenty of flowers and trees and wild life. Maria is super helpful . She made mango marmelade and it was delicious. 2 showers and toilets and communal kitchen with ranchito. Room for 2-3 campers only, reet is tent camping. Crc10000 a night for camper.

Israel is fixing up this place. He wants to leave a couple of spaces for campers. He has WiFi, water and electric for the moment. He will install shower and toilet and outside kitchen. Right by the beach, across from a wonderful soda with great food. Very friendly owner. Right next door is a grocery store. Lots of places to eat in town. Cute surfer town. For now he is still working on the place but you can park in his gate off the street.

You can book online to min. 2 hrs before .. if you can’t book online, drive to harbor and they check if they have room and they give you a orange card to go purchase tickets. Very friendly!!

Very clean and quiet place right on the water. Shower and toilet and kitchen sink. Electric and water. You can use the pool and they have bikes and kayaks for rent.

Very very nice ladies and very clean place. They have 2 cabanas for rent or you can park in front and use the bathroom and kitchen. 2 dogs on premises but locked behind gate. Cool temperatures at night. Very nice area! Loved staying here!!

Very friendly owner Liz! Super friendly service and the food was very tasty. We had curry chicken and homemade ice cream for dessert. Beautiful setting. Lots of attention to detail. Costa Rica prices.. very worth a stop !!

Big grassy hedged area with covered area where you can sit during the rains. Showers and bathrooms. Very nice guy Adonis. He has 6 dogs on his property (some tied up) but they are well behaved. Lots of birds and iguanas. C3000pppn. Ants and mosquitoes.

CRC4000 pp entry. Pretty steep uphills to walk. If you like jungle walks this is a pretty one. There are 3 kinds of walks: 15min, 2 hrs round trip or 4hrs round trip. You’ll see waterfalls, monkeys and birds. Wear good shoes and a stick would be good too (very steep). The road to it is doable for up to truck-camper size, no bigger. Not much parking

Quiet place to spend the night. We did cloudbridge walk (partially) the next morning.

Wonderful place with wonderful owners. Flat area to park. Electric and water available. Bathroom with toilet and shower. Dumping possibility. Luis and Mela speak Spanish and English and are wonderful hosts. They can give you coffee tour. Just drive up the driveway to the house. You can taste and buy coffee. We had a bbq with them!!

Right by the river to the left side of the bridge as you drive west. Very quiet at night, no traffic. Many birds come to the river. Pretty flat area. Great for a quiet night!!

Half May, low river, East crossing with 4x4 truck and camper.. there’s a rock with Hello/red line so you can see if it’s ok or not.. super fun!!

Small hotel with big parking lot with room for big rigs if necessary. Also clean rooms for rent with a small pool. very quiet area, safe and conveniently close to Liberia.. very friendly and accommodating owner. Wi-Fi available.. I think we were the first to park with a rv so he said we could pay whatever we wanna do and so we gave him 5000 colonies. We didn’t use any facilities.

We only had a wonderful lunch here!! Very friendly people.. really good food and we got a free rice pudding after our lunch

Nice local restaurant that serves local food. We had chicharrones (fried pork) and it was delicious!! It came with yucca, plantain and chimichurri (dices tomatoes and onion).. very friendly people. A mother and son. The son speaks English! Wonderful stop with big windows overlooking flowers...
