Lot of flowers, beautiful! Also pretty quiet but other than that nothing special.

You have to buy a ticket to the museum to use the washrooms (museum open from 9 to 5:30). But it's worth it, very nice little museum, mainly about the animals of the Yukon. The night was OK, there is not much traffic but since it's right beside the highway you hear every car that passes by. We also heard coyotes cry in the middle of the night!

When we got here we scared a bear away ;)

Not far from Carcross in the hills. Small parking lot for trailhead, room for 2 vans. Not recommended for rv's because you have to drive on a narrow sand road. Not very level. No amenities.

There are 4 official spots with picnic tables but there is room for many more rv's. You hear the highway but there's not much traffic. Not too many mosquitos!

Good place, nice view and clean pit toilet with paper. The wind was VERY strong when we were here (on the upside, that meant no mosquitos ;))

Closed on Wednesdays and Thursdays :( Also, the road is currently closed due to a washout, but you can walk 800m from the main road.

Stopped here to receive messages. WiFi is still working today!

The spots along the highway are level, the spots at the lake aren't but have a nicer view and are somewhat quieter.

Quiet spot with nice views. The path is incredibly overgrown at the moment. You'll need a small car and not care about scratches in the paintwork.

You cannot make it to the second spot further up the road as some people suggested. We went in about 300m before getting stuck.

This spot is overgrown with 1m high grass. We thought it wasn't suitable anymore.

RV Park with all the necessities. Friendly owners. $1 for 5 min shower. Pretty good wifi (when you're close to the building)

Great little seafood restaurant at the end of the Nass valley. They serve fried food mostly, but it tastes great. Run by a friendly native couple that likes to tell all about their culture.

Basic spot to overnight. Quiet at night because nearly no one drives the highway to ginglox.

Nice spot with beautiful views over the lake. Very busy on this Saturday night. Be prepared for about a million mosquitos... And please keep the pit toilet tidy, how hard is it to NOT throw tp on the ground?

Very close to the ferry, so good before or after your long trip. Nothing special. It was quiet even though its next to the highway.

As said before, pretty basic place to overnight and catch the ferry the next morning. The view over the bay during sunset is beautiful.

Incredible spot to stay multiple days. However, this is only true for the single spot with a clear view of the lake. The other spots are small and have no view. The lake is not too cold so good for a swim!

View-wise one of the best spots on the island. Many locals stroll along the beach. However, the road is very noisy the whole day and night. There were about 15 other vans and RVs parked along the beach for the night. Toilets close at 8pm.

Many pull offs along the road, plenty of them were in use during the night. Most of the forest has been logged so not much shade. During the day logs were being readied for transport, no one bothered us though.

You can buy hagelslag, ontbijtkoek, sambal, appelmoes, drop, very expensive but REAL cheese and much more :)

Busy place with a couple of vans. Relatively quiet even though the highway is just across the river.

Along the lake there are several taps. You can't park your car directly next to it so you have to carry your tanks and bottles a bit.

Closes at 4 pm in weekends! The outdoor pool is open longer and also has (communal) showers

Only 11,25 CAD for a tent site not directly at the shore (we stayed on it with our van). Free hot showers. Toilet buildings are old and not really clean. Many permanent residents.

Good spot close to down town. The noise of the seaplane base is not too bad. There are pit toilets on the parking lot and public toilets around the corner (open until 23:00).

Quiet parking lot. Sign states that the park is closed at night but a local assured us that no one would bother us.

Forest Road with many pull offs. May be difficult to find a level spot. Many locals use this road to walk their dogs. We saw bears in the evening!
