A nice safe place to stay, especially when you just want to briefly visit the city and move on - you can count on the h. Oberland. Big rigs - just go here and don't look further.
Decent wifi, but had better in the city (or entel 4g).
For normal, not big rigs: if you are staying longer, it's quite expensive for Bolivian standards - for roughly the same price, we found an airbnb with secure parking and better internet, 15min walking distance from city centre.
