Stayed here for one night. Perfect place for a night’s stop from El Chaltén to Los Antiguos. Very quiet, great shelter and fantastic stars.

BLM just before the gate of Joshua tree NP. We arrive around 5pm, a lot of other people were already there but there's a lot of space so no worries. It was quiet.

Water refill was broken and attendant said it had been this way for several months, so it seems it might be some time before they repair it.

Our clothes smelled like gasolina. We lost 1 piece of clothing and got 4 socks that weren’t ours. Not the most friendly service.

We were looking for this place but could not find it. So we asked a woman in a shop nearby. She said that the hostal doesn't exist anymore.

There is a huge gravel parking lot on the right side of the road before heading up the hill (entrance of the winery). We asked the staff sitting in the entrance booth if we could stay overnight. Was no problem at all. It was empty at 6:00pm when we parked. Except some dogs barking (almost impossible to avoid in Georgia), it was very quiet. A good place to explore the surrounding monasteries and wineries

Read online Casa Lee sells propane and when we drove by we saw the Gaspasa Truck outside and the driver was going inside. We had already drove to Santa Rosalía to fill up so don’t know for sure if they sell it/how much they charge.

The road is fine, we had 4x4, definitely playing it safe but not really necessary. the road is absolutely astonishing, life in abundant. On the way wherever you stop try to spot caymans. There are many ;) We also saw scarlet macaws, deers, foxes, ton of other birds and of course capybaras. A lot of them. I think one of the nicest campgrounds we have been to in the last 10 years of travel. Oh on the way there are some estancias. When you go out of the car to open the fences to pass, be aware you are not too close to the cattle.

Between the North Entrance and the South Entrance there are 16 camps numbered A to P. I went as far as N, almost 10 miles from the north entrance. After heavy rain quite a few sites were flooded. The road is paved to about J, then gravel and dirt but o.k. for all types of vehicles. Main activities in the park are fishing, hunting, boating, and ATV driving in mud!

Many nice campsites with lots of space in the forest along Cosnino Road from Hwy 40 exit 207 towards Walnut Canyon. Clean, nice view to Humphreys Peak, some distant noise from I-40 and the railroad.

We camped for 3 nights, about 1.5 miles before this location. There are lots of flat places to camp that are big rig friendly. No cell service where we were but a short walk to the gate into Kentucky Camp and you can get a good cell signal there.

Lovely camp. The actual campsite doesn’t have views of the river, but the restaurant and pool area do.

Decent spot to stay after crossing the border. It was a little noisy (evening and early morning), a few truckers having some beers later into the evening too. It was hot but there are cold showers! Drinks are cheap at the restaurant. Felt safe. Paid 50 Córdoba.

We stopped here to check on the shelter, it was nice. You can park on the side of the road. Built originally for the people living around and waiting for transportation, but travelers are welcome. Jorge still lives in the ranch next door, a little bit weird at first, but considering he is someone that lives alone with not too much contact with other people he is anxious to be friendly and some people might find that scary.

got a knock on the door at 3:30am... There's Sheriff cars parked across the bridge. The Sheriff left before I could get up and to the drivers seat. probably for the best anyway. we left and found a different spot 15 min up the road.
