instagram.com/berlin.nomads | Very nice helpful guys. We still had a chilean lipigas cylinder. Nobody could refill it so the guys mentioned to change the valve. Perfect job. They directed me to a place to buy a new valve:

vanpanam.com | Really lovely place on the lake. We didn’t get to stay as much as we hoped Bc we had to be up early to make it into Ecuador. Jorge is LOVELY- so kind and accommodating. He did our wash for us! $5 for a large load. Unfortunately he had guests so we didn’t get to use the cabana with the kitchen and the fireplace but still would highly recommend. |

expedition-unlimited.nl | Comfortably located just outside the Andersons gate of Etosha. The campsites are very large, especially number 1, which is suitable for large groups with separate tents. We had the whole place for ourselves, which means four showers and ditto toilets, as well as multiple braais and a very large table under a roof. There is also electricity on the sites. The other sites are equally beautiful, and have all a different ablution style. The Internet at the lodge did not work properly due to “weather” restrictions, so maybe it is better on other days as during our stay. All in all a super place to stay, and much better then Okaukuejo Campsite within Etosha. |

19christopher68 | Saturday September 7, 2019. I was on my way to Dawson Cemetary to boondock a couple of nights when I happened along this tavern. Being my birthday, I decided to stop and have some food & drink and feel up the locals for some other good boondocking sites. A gentleman pointed me down the road to some RV parks. I told him and the proprietor that I am not into the "park" setting and wanted to dry camp instead. Immediately, the proprietor, a good Christian woman, said "you can dry camp right here". At a tavern? On my birthday? I absolutely could not believe my luck! I set up on the Northern end of the parking lot away from the main building and parking area. The tavern is nice, the food is good, a little pricey - but oh, well -, the atmosphere was relaxed, and the people were friendly (wanting to tell me about all the local places). There is wi-fi available, an outdoor patio, and a volleyball court/net. I still can't believe my luck, but it's true. |

linzibo | As all others have said, a great place to stay on the edge of La Paz, especially if you need some help with your vehicle. Marcos is so friendly and experienced with both mechanical and electrical issues that he will do anything to help. The kitchen is handy and there's a small lounge for socialising. Wi-Fi isn't bad, and it's an easy collectivo ride to the teleferique to visit town. Definitely worth a visit! |

linzibo | Attempted to stay here on 7th Sept but there was no sign of anything being open. We arrived at 6.30pm which was possibly too late but everything was pitch black and there were no gates open anywhere. |

linzibo | A small shop on Avenida Illimani which sells solar panels and deep cycle batteries. We were amazed by the price- managed to get a small battery for our camper for under 100 usd which is practically unheard of. The guy also sells these on Facebook marketplace so you can check the stock or message him from there. |

Life.With.Glee | Restaurant and store. Clean and spacious. No recharging points or WiFi. There are a couple of mini-markets along this road and the road that's parallel. They all make it more convenient for camping down by the river. |

bradyanddanica | We loved it here!! $15,000 COP per person per night. Friendly and attentive owner and staff. Great WiFi, desktop, kitchen. Very clean toilets and showers. Less than 10 minute walk from the Poblado Metro Station. Restaurants and night life nearby. And safe neighborhood! We were going to stay 4 nights and ended up staying for 7. They offer laundry services as well! You can park up front and be comfy; if you have a motorcycle, they will let you store it INSIDE the house. We could not have asked for more from Batis, Ana, and Sonia (you really need to try her quesillo dessert!). Highly recommended and it made for a perfect stay in Medellin. |

alexgrainey | This spot is used as a parking lot on weekends but still enough room to park if not there is a similar spot again if you go up the drive way. It is about 100m from the lake. We had a small fire and no one bothered us for the 3 days we were here. Trees block out the wind so probably one of the least windy spots in the town. Also spots to put tents and any size rig can fit

will.ockmore | DO NOT CAMP HERE!! stayed two nights, lots of traffic in and out of car park until late both nights. Prince George has a large gang presence due to the drug trade, seems like this is a hotspot - woken up at 1am by a Dodge charger doing donuts behind our van, screaming "fuck you", intimidation tactics. Would not recommend, feel lucky we got away. Don't want this or worse to happen to anyone else |

mrhvdm2010 | That friendly lady of the small shop next to the university entrance, allowed us to stay overnight behind her shop, for a tip. We gave her 10.000 COP, she was very happy. Shady spot, under a big tree. Perfect place to park our 7,6 m long, 3,4 m high, 2,5 m wide, truckcamper. Very quiet. |

Kae | A free, established campsite that’s right off of Stratton Rd. There is a fire ring, but it requires a permit. Great for a van and lots of spots to pitch a tent. Max stay is 14 days. The site is tucked in the trees a bit, but it’s right next to the road so you can hear and see cars passing. There’s another identical site a bit down the road (turning right out of this site).
