Nice and totally quiet spot on the river with a rocky beach and sunset-view. Plenty of wood for a campfire. The water quality was great the first day and greenish the next. Unbelievable in this area: We stayed two nights and only one fisherman came by. MTC and some Beeline Internet.
4WD helpful to get there.
Why? By checking in after you’ve visited a place you let others know this place is still functional. You can also add or correct any information.
Lots of water on road but ok to get there. No 4WD required. No Tele2 signals. No people but some searchlight sweeping the fields a few hundred meters towards west during the night! Didn’t bother us, though!
Report Check-InBeautifull spot in the forest with acces to the Volga. Follow the dirt tracks as indicated by maps.me and you can find the place without problems. A little muddy, but nothing serious. We did not see anybody around. Very nice spot :)
Report Check-InSeveral spots under the trees. Protected from the wind. Entrance road was quite flooded due to heavy rains but mostly hard underground because of some gravel. There are a few houses at the end of the track. A man visited us in the afternoon the next day. We could not understand him, but apparently he did not understand what we were doing here. He also talked about a German being here. He was not unfriendly but he was not welcoming either.
