Cross the old bridge, then go to the right to find many places where you can camp. You can cool down after a hot day in the river on a few places along the sites. There is plenty op shade under the trees. A lady came by after a few hours to ask for money. She wanted 50 somoni, but we ended up giving her 20. That was fine for her. Many locals passed by, but no one disturbed us. You can hear some road noise, but the river is between you and the road so that filters out a lot of noise. Surprisingly cool night after 40 degrees weather all day.
We don't have any photos of this place yet.

i asked the lady of the house at the end of the path, she said it's okay, didn't charge me. was there on a sunday and it seems to be a famous picnic spot, but there's so much room. also peacful at night, river is louder than the road ;)
