I had a positive experience here.
Karl worked me in and helped helped swap out a broken alternator bolt and also repaired some of the wiring.
Some of the other shops wouldn’t touch my rig but he was quite excited to work on it. His prices were fair and his work seems solid so far.

Unfortunately not great with sprinters - would not recommend. We had to go back every day for 3 days and then he told us to purchase the completely wrong items. Mercedes in Reno is just an hr away.

Karl is really the BEST mechanic we have met so far and he was number 5! he explained everything to us and really looked at everything. he checked the whole car (chevrolet 1986) and fixed many small things and for such a fair prize including so much laughing!! so we can really only recommend him. he got us going in no time and squeezed us in even dough he was fully booked.

Karl is a great guy! He’s originally from GB and his humour and mechanical skills are the absolute best.
He was very helpful and asked a very fair price for all the work he‘s done on our Dodge Ram B250 1988.
Normally we’re used to lose time at the mechanic, but with Karl we learned and laughed a lot.
