Something not right?

Description

Flat spot right next to a little creek with nice views to a glacier.
"pushed" our bikes the track and it took way longer than expected so we had to camp here because it was getting dark. For all other bikers: it is really not recommendable to take your bikes on this track! Even though the lady who was selling us the ferry tickets to O'Higgins told us so... You literally have to carry the bike all the way.

Latest Check-Ins

Just a bit more info for any cyclists looking to take this route. Its definitely hard work, especially if you're carrying panniers as large sections of trail are very narrow. Going north, I found the second half much easier than the first. I was very heavily loaded with food for almost three weeks, but still got through in around 7 hours, so for any lightly loaded bikepackers I'd definitely say its worth doing this route to save the very overpriced ferry. Difficultly aside this is a really nice route with some stunning views out over the lake. I got through in one go and just camped at the end, but there are plenty of places you could wild camp along the way if needed.
