Road is standard maintained road: grated and gravel. Easily passable with 2wd.
AT&T 4g drops out a mile in. Still have 1 bar though, so if you have an antenna, you might get lucky.

This is closed during winter season, which can be through early June in part of CO. We came May 22, 2021 and it wasn’t open for the summer yet.
