Latest Check-Ins

The Garganta del Diablo path is still closed after the walkways were destroyed during the high water of a few months ago. Price still 20.000 pesos, 1250 for parking.

Report Check-In

Entry is now $20000 pp and $1875 for motorhome. At current rate it’s $20 US. The garganta del Diablo is closed for now due to high water.
Still very cool to visit. We did upper and lower loop starting at 9.30h and finished at 15h..

Report Check-In

Entrance fee is Arg$ 10.000/person and parking a camper (combi) is Arg$ 1.875

We started at 8:30 am with the lower circuit, after that the upper circuit and we took our time. At 1:15 pm we took the train to garganta. We had a beautiful day and enjoyed it very much.
We can only highly recommend it, for us it was worth every penny!

We did not do it, but the boot tour was offered for Arg$ 22.000 (on the brazilian side US$ 75).

Report Check-In

Entry fee is now 10.000 Pesos for foreigners. Car costs 1250 Pesos.

I would recommend being there a few minutes before 8 as they open a little bit earlier. You can then take the first train to Garganta del Diablo as then there are not that many people.

10.000 Pesos is quite a steep price but still absolutely worth it.

Entrance fees for foreigners 10,000
Parking for a car 1,250

Amazing place. 5500 pesos per person, 1125 for the “combi” but no one checked that we paid for the van. We paid cash. That’s $13.75USD per person and $3USD for the van for inflation references. We started at 10a and left at 3p. Our favorite was the lower trail, circuito inferior (less people). La garganta del diablo is super cool just too many people. We went on a Wednesday in late April and it was pretty packed so I don’t want to know what it’s like on a holiday. It’s really not to be missed and I’m not crazy into waterfalls.

Report Check-In

La Garganta del Diablo is accessible again. We started however with the lower circuit at 08:30 a.m. - wonderful views!!!
Prices: 5.500 ARS per person / 1.175 for parking a camper van (combi). Paid both, entry and parking, at the ticket office via credit card (German VISA card / MEP rate).

Price now is 5500... and the best part "devils troat" is locked... there is plus tax for the parking, think is 200pesos.

we could pay in cash contrary to what is stated in a previous comment.

We spent the whole day there and walked quite a lot approximately 18 km but we may have overdone it 🙂

Bring sunscreen and mosquito repellent with you.

incredible wildlife to observe there as well.

Enjoy !

Report Check-In

Yes, the fee for foreigners was 2800 pesos per person. However, it's really worthwhile. There are numerous trails included in the fee and a free train ride. We saw lots of wildlife. Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays are very crowded so try to go Mon-Thurs, if possible. The Rio Uruguay bus will take you to the entrance.

We visited today and didn't need a reservation anymore and could pay the 2800 pesos per person with cash. Great place to visit! We saw South American Coatis, Black Horned Capuchins, lots of butterflies and of course the beautiful falls :) We arrived at 8 and walked to the Garganta del Diablo. We were there first with some others before the big guided tours came. Recommended to go early :)

Report Check-In

Park is great, however new price for foreigners is ridiculous 2800 ARG and no cash accepted. Ticket has to be booked online with credit card. We found some locals to buy the tickets for us and gave them cash. Otherwise the foreigners price is just rude. Price for a motorcycle is 120 ARG now.

Report Check-In

Still 800 pesos per person to enter the park. An incredible place with plenty of wildlife throughout, stunning waterfalls, and very scenic trails. We started by taking the little train to Garganta del Diablo, then did the Paseo Superior, and finally Circuito Inferior. Absolutely worth every minute there! Plan to spend the entire day here, if not more than 1 day. Truly beautiful experience.

Report Check-In

Still 800pp and worth it. Paid 200p for parking at the ticket office, not at parking. they never asked what we are driving.

Report Check-In

in a month and a half in SA here they had the first public wifi that was working well for us

Report Check-In

The waterfalls are truly magestic and well worth a visit. Entrance is now 800 pesos p.p. and parking for a pick up truck was 200 pesos.
We are interested in wildlife (especially birds). Thats why we started our day with the 3.5 km hike on the "macuco" trail. Early in the morning you are supposed to be able to see many birds, and its true :-) After that we went to the paseo superior...and as we finished early we still had time to do the circuito inferior before going to the garganta del diablo...so we finished our visit with a bang and took the last train (17:30pm) back to the entrance.

To our opinion the argentinian side is better, but we would really reommend going to both sides as it gives a whole view of the falls.boat trip in the argentinian side is better and cheaper but they have age limit if 12.
we went for the brasilian side with 8,10 and enjoyed. 215real for adult above 12, half price 6-12

We asked to a security guard : it's not possible to overnight anymore.

Report Check-In

The parking spaces were cordonned off when we were there ....

Report Check-In

330arg per person. 90arg for parking. Pay both at ticket booth. They only accept argentinian pesos in cash (no cards or other currencies). The food, tour and souvenier agencies inside do take payment by credit card. There is a 'Banco de la nacional Argentina' ATM at the gate, but we didn't need it. Also, it goes without saying, but it is packed on the weekend. If you plan to do a boat trip into the falls (where you get very wet) we recommend the Argentinian side, as it is cheaper (198Reals (US$60) pp in Brazil, only about 350pesos (US$25) per person on the Argentinian side)

Report Check-In

It is not possible to stay overnight in the park anymore.

Report Check-In

Next to the entrance, four park place long enough for big rig. We arrived after 6PM and nobody to ask if it's ok, so we decided it was ! Really low traffic after 7PM. No facilities... But ok.
