Nice place on the ocean. A man came in he AM and collected 100 pesos for the night.
Report Check-InWe camped facing the ocean in class A RV. 28' + towing cargo trailer. No problem for our rig. Could use some garbage cleanup. Fish tacos at El Catus and Pina Colada good. Was quiet.
Report Check-InSmall (innocent) town, secrets no longer secrets. Did not stay here; tooooo close to town. The road in is really nice and wider than the main highway. The town itself doesn’t have its own paved road. It is quite cleaned of meshes and resonates lots romantic stories and dramas. Some expat living here keeping the town alive. Saw some off-road tourist group came in and wreck the beach and serenity. The coastal facing hill looks amazing for paragliding/hang gliding but it’s covered in power lines. Lots of big birdies. This place need a subdivision college university, botanical park, and maybe a train stop. Needs more roads going west and south to spread out the campers away from town.
Report Check-InBest kept village secret, Romero and his family at the Cactus bar and Cafe, WiFi will work and the food and community will surround you after your surf! Your lucky to find this place. One of the best spots in Baja in my opinion
Report Check-InDon’t recommend getting here after dark as you can’t see anything but it was a cool spot for a night. I maps also had us going over roads that are not really roads so be careful and just take the paved road until the turn off to the beach. You will alsolisten to the fishermen starting super early in the morning. Sleepy little fishing town
Report Check-InSpent 3 nights here. Felt safe. 2 stores in town with basics, including agua purificado. No wifi in town. Haven’t found a restaurant yet.
Report Check-InGreat place and Very friendly people . We stayed just at the end peace of paved road down Hill and right on the beach
Report Check-InWe pulled over at this spot for a night with two vans. Parked straight on the beach near the fishing boats. There’s a security guy all night to keep an eye on the boat engines. We ended up making a bonfire with him & his wife and another guy with a bottle of rhum. Good times and friendly locals. Felt very safe. Not far from the Punta Rosalilita surf spot.
Report Check-Incamped here for a night after a huge drive day. the road in is new and paved and a dream after hwy1. camping along the bushes and fishing boats - easy, free and felt safe
