Mexico
Very nice place in front of the Cenote. We payed 100 Pesos per person for foreigners and 50 pesos for Mexicans, which includes the entry fee for two day and to the second Cenote Xlakah, 800 meters west the street. Both are wonderful swimming capabilities.
You can just spend 30 min per cenote and they make groups of 10 people maximum.
Why? By checking in after you’ve visited a place you let others know this place is still functional. You can also add or correct any information.

You cannot camp anymore at this place but it’s s not closed (tried to change the category from ‘Informal Campsite’ to ‘Tourist Attraction’). Opening hours are from 8 am. to 4 pm. daily. The entrance fee is MEX$ 80 pp for two cenotes (X-Batun and Dzonbakal).
Report Check-InYou cannot camp anymore at this place, but at the beginning of the village which is a good option.
X-batum cenote is at 2km from the village accessible with a dirt road but manageable for big RV (even higher than 3,50). You can park at the front of Cenote with no issue and come back to the village for overnight camping.
Attention!! came 5.15pm.....no one at the aventura shop any more....the security at the gate to the cenote said to us...no camping anymore !
and sent us away!!!!!!....closing the gate!
so we go on...
purchased tickets for the cenote at Adventura Maya, didn't camp here- only came for the cenote swimming.
cost for 2 adults and 2 ninos = 150pesos.
there's a cafe and community center as well. worth the visit.
beautiful little blue/turquoise cenote in the nature! not so many visitors. we arrived after the official opening time at 5.15pm. the gard let us in, but charched us 20pesos extra... otherwise 100pesos for 2pers/day. unfortunately the washrooms are not yet finished -ugly pit-toilet. still worth a visit, because of the ambience of the cenotes. there is another more or less subterranean cenote on the left street.
Report Check-InJust visited for the day to explore and swim. It was one of the first cenotes I have ever visited. I'm looking forward to exploring all the others.
Report Check-InParking at a nice cenote. In the middle of nowhere. Very quiet. They are building a little campground with palapa and washrooms. Almost finished. Pay in village before driving through gate to cenotes about 2 km. We paid 100 pesetas.
