Description

Nice place with a little lake. we stayed only one night, but it's a good place for some more days. friendly staff even without my Portuguese language knowledge. the place is only 100 km away from the Peru-Brasilien border.
We ate at the restaurant, they didn't charge for parking. Bathing in the little lake 5 reales p/P, in the pool 8 reales. Really recommended!

Food not the cheapest (100 realis for two with drink) but the service was good and as stated, camping was free.

This used to be a place for day visitors but it seems to have closed down and you can camp here now. Basic toilet and cold shower. it was very quiet and relaxing when we were there. it is also a working farm. There are dogs, cows and a horse. We parked on the path leading to the closed down restaurant and did a braai under the roof of the closed small shop. There are 110v plugs there. We paid 15 Reals per person per night. It's nice and shady there all day. See picture.

Still there, with friendly guard (Silva). 10R pp to camp on grassy area. Toilets and showers were dirty, but still a nice place by a swimming pond. The balneario itself (restaurant etc) was all closed. Lady living on the premises is friendly, yet very talkative.
