Unfortunately, no RV parking allowed — and this includes vans. They have a security guard who will ask you politely to leave.

Hello
We park our motorhome here to visit the town.
It's 2.5$ for one hour.
I find a place where I can put my motorhome of 8 meters long(26''), just near the containers of garbidge.
You have restroom and free wifi(the password is write inside on the table) to the harbourg victoria airport.

Good spot close to down town. The noise of the seaplane base is not too bad. There are pit toilets on the parking lot and public toilets around the corner (open until 23:00).

Report Check-In

Nice parking spot, quiet at night. Daytime really busy. Central place & public washrooms.

Report Check-In

stayed here 2 nights in my minivan. good for a place to sleep, but unfortunately couldn't pull out my stove and cook here (asked some people and they said, that security would show up).

i would recommend to arrive rather really early in the morning or late afternoon/evening, especially if you've got a RV. otherwise you won't find a spot.

public washrooms open from 7am - 11pm in spring/summer time. they were clean.

UPDATE: I stayed now three nights in a row there and in the night quiet, close to downtown.

15$ for 24 hours, if you stay low key then you’ll have no problems.

Great spot. Stayed here for three nights in our Sprinter van. Server in the Milestones restaurant said that sleeping in your vehicle is not allowed in that lot, but people do it anyway. We kept a low profile and kept all of our shades down. Was a little noisy with people leaving the bars on Saturday night. Would definitely stay here again. For parking lot camping, this is about as good as it gets.

Report Check-In

Good spot, we stayed there 3 nights with our 36ft rv (it's the maximum that can fit) so we paid for 2 spaces. A bit noisy during the day as there are the seaplanes taking off but it's not so bad and quiet during the night. It gets more full during week days than weekends. Very well located to visit Victoria.

C'est le style d'endroit trop parfait pour visiter un centre-ville, 15$ pour 24H. Pas cute, pas d'eau, pas de toilettes, juste un stationnement, mais qui accepte les petits VR.

Slept in our van here with no issues. Suprisingly quiet for its location. Walking distance to everything. Public toilets are ok

Report Check-In

We slept here without a problem. There was a festival in the middle of the peking lot, so a bit hard to get a place and very busy and noisy. After 12 pm ok. Good choice if you want to sleep in downtown. Public restrooms open from 7am to 11pm

Report Check-In

Great spot...for a parking lot. safe, seemingly secure, and in a lovely spot by the harbor. 24 hour parking quite the deal given its location and scarcity of other spots in the city.

Perfect location just few minutes to downtown Victoria. Beautiful views of the marina and of the parlement’s light at night. It’s 15$/24h so we were able to arrived in the morning parked our truck camper without the hassle of finding an other place to sleep at night. It’s not specially said that it is allowed to sleep in your car so keep a low profile and it should be could! Slept here one night and didn’t have any trouble and felt safe !

Beautiful location on the harbor. For big rigs or RV's you will probably need to pay for two places. We were lucky enough to find a place that accommodate well our 23.5ft RV.
