Chile
MODERATOR NOTE: Place deleted because it does not meet iOverlander criteria.
Please note it's not a permanent checkpoint. They only had a police car (Carabineros) and a couple of officers stopping people but I think it's worth posting it.
Officer stopped me, asked for papers and usual questions. Then asked me if I knew the speed limit there (I told Yes, 100km/h) and finally told me I was caught speeding at 140km/h. I only laught at him and said it was impossible, I'm always at 90-110 saving fuel and even more here in Tierra del Fuego. He simply gave me my documents back without saying anything.
This was a true surprise for me, I've never seen a single overlander complaining about corrupt Chilean cops but there's always the first time.
