This road is currently not passable due to a very large washout. There is also a history of washouts on this road and it will likely be remedied this year.
The roadway is paved and is frequently one way due to rocks which has fallen onto the road. It seems to be passable by any vehicle but I would suggest high clearance.

Would agree with road being passable with 2W high clearance, but not with that the road is good. You need good driving skills, good brakes, in summer your engine could overheat. In rain season it could get tough and dangerous. Be sure to check the conditions when you want to head out! It does offer beautiful views though!
Report Check-InThere are a few wash outs along the road but none that block access. All in the road is pretty good, lots of rocks,gravel and potholes but no concerns getting down here at right now.
