In the meantime the road is absolutely fine. We guess they optimized it. Ofc it could change again, but for now it is really good driving.

Report Check-InThe C103 from Namanga to Amboseli National Park is a very corrugated, dusty dirt road. 2WD vehicles ok (in dry conditions). Slow going, average 20km/hr. Nice landscape - saw giraffe, antelope, many Maasai herders and views of Mt Kilimanjaro. You can continue in the track north of the park to get to C102. Road is on Maps.me
