Parking on Market Street by the water. One big parking lot between the water and a residential area with the Visitors Center not far away.

There are "no camping" signs do we asked at Visitor's Centre and we're told no. Also no overnighting on streets I'm Port Hardy. They told us to go to Wildwood Camp. We spent the day and left.
Report Check-InWe did not stay here. It’s a flat parking lot between the visitor center and a park with beautiful views of the bay. We asked at the visitor center and were told it’s not officially authorized by the town. However, there’s such a shortage of campsites in the busy summer season that RVs park here almost every night and no one has asked them to move. There’s good ATT/Rogers and Verizon/Telus cell coverage. It’s a short walk to downtown and 2 parks.
Report Check-InAs said before, pretty basic place to overnight and catch the ferry the next morning. The view over the bay during sunset is beautiful.
Report Check-InReally just a parking lot behind a residential area that faces the bay. Small amount of traffic and people walking. Not far from town and the bay is beautiful to look at. Heard some seals throughout the night.
Report Check-InQuiet peaceful campsite maintained by Western Forest Products. Free.
Right on a beautiful lake with nice views.
Nice waterfront parking lot and adjoining park in small downtown area. Supposed to be temporary parking but no one enforces. We spent one night. Gorgeous view of harbour.
