Something not right?

Description

Quiet road very close to downtown. Bigger vehicles that cannot turn in the road need to turn at the parking lot at end. I would do this early to avoid the parking lot being full. There’s a few spots that allow parking for 30 minutes, and many spots with no restrictions. No utilities.
If you’re here during lunch I would suggest trying the diner on the corner.

Latest Check-Ins

Mostly flat, no signs, does require turn around. Stayed here a couple of times last August but hadn’t returned due to the unhoused/addicted people occupying the street (one charged at us, yelling, then dipped into the empty building across from the apartments - it, was, sketch). This time it has been much more chill. Saw the smokers but didn’t engage; we try to be as stealth as possible. Ongoing alarm went off all night in the distance but it kinda became white noise hahah. Downtown Burlington is slim pickings, so this is really theee spot.

Great place, smokers are still around and we had a nice chat, they are harmless :)

Report Check-In

We parked around 9:30 pm and it was empty. We came back to go to bed around midnight there was an alarm ringing in the neighboring parking garage. except for that we slept fine. Good place would recommend.

Decent spot, smoking man’s are still there but they are cool

Report Check-In

We stayed here on a Friday night. Relatively quiet but someone did try to steal our bikes off our vehicle in the night. They left after we banged on the window.

Perfect spot and very easy. We arrived around 9 am to see the sites and it was almost completely empty. As another poster noted, there were some regular smokers from an apartment building, but we didn’t find them threatening. They smoke right by the parking lot towards the southeast part of the dead end road. If you drive up a north a bit on the east side of the road you probably wouldn’t even notice them.

Report Check-In

Great spot for van parking. No restrictions and at the end of a dead end street.

I thought it was a bit sketchy at first but then a camping car parked right in front of me and I felt instantly more safe. I don't know what is the building next to it but there's loads of people that come and goes. There's effectively a strange character that goes to have a cigarette but don't park next to the trees and you won't be disturbed. It's close to everything by walk which is very cool. The TomGirl coffee nearby is very cute and I used their toilet so also very convenient.

Nice place near of Downtown (10 min walk to Church street).
We’ve been there 2 nights without any problem. Free wifi.

Report Check-In

Great spot and spent a night or two here. Only thing I'd mention is that there are some questionable characters that emerge from one of the buildings nearby to smoke very frequently. Nothing bad happened but I did wonder about my vehicle when I parked it there and left for a few hours.

Good street parking. Rolled in at 11:00 pm. Quiet. Felt very safe cause I mean its Vermont.

Report Check-In

Desolate side street walking distance from Lake Champlain and Church Street. Fairly quiet with some minimal morning and late night noise. Stayed here in a Sprinter with 2 pups and had no problems. Ideal location. Street does fill up with parked cars in the morning so if you have a large vehicle that is difficult to get out of parallel parking than be sure to wake up early to move. Would park up here for an overnight again.
