The worst place in all carretera austral! The woman that serve at the restaurant is very rude. And the food horrible.

Awful service, food even worse. 15,000 per person. I can't imagine the rooms are any better.

15000 without breakfast. Cannot use the kitchen apparently anymore because this is also a restaurant at night. The lock for the men's bathroom didn't work and the single bedroom I had was awkwardly built. You could peek inside even with the door closed since there was a gap between the door and the frame.
And I didn't get such a good vibe from the owners, so I can't recommend. I would pay a bit more to be able to access the kitchen which would end up costing less at the end of the day.

Cheapest hostal open at this period of the year. Very simple but perfect for a night or two. 15 000 pp without breakfast

Good hospedaje :
- 15 000 pp for matrimonial with shared bathroom
- 35 000 for matrimonial with private bathroom
- Fast wifi (rare in tortel !!!)
- Can use their kitchen for the breakfast only (8-10h) because it’s also a restaurant

The restaurant isn’t worth it tho ! Head to Llao Llao instead, way better.

This place is awesome, we stayed the night and were able to use the amazing hot showers, the kitchen to cook at night and in the morning. They offer laundry services and have a restaurant during lunch, the food is delicious.
Alejandra and Gerardo are so great! They let a bunch of us all bikers stay until after 8 pm before we got in the ferry. By far the best place in town. They even shared internet from their phones.

Terrible food and overpriced beer! Small overcooked bit of salmon with 2 boiled potatoes for 7500, then 5000 for a small bottle of beer. Asked to remove the service charge as already felt ripped off, but she charged us it anyway!
Having cycled 80km we were still really hungry so went nextdoor to Restobar Cipresal for a second dinner. Food was so much better and bigger while only slightly more expensive, and beer was cheaper with more choice!
These appear to be the only 2 options in Tortel on a Monday.

Good food and first floor offers new rooms. 15.000 per person in low season including breakfast. Shared bathroom, hot water. If you want to stay until the ferry leaves at 22.00 hour you can arrange a special price. We paid 15.000 to stay in our room till 21.00
