Best Walmart we've seen in a long time. Very quiet at night, traffic is non-existent. Beautiful neighborhood with Planet Fitness, food and shopping close by. Try Sabor! This is the only Walmart we could find near Charlotte which allowed camping. We may have been the only people there besides the workers after 1am.

When I went to the customer service desk and asked, they told me they used to allow it but they got a new store manager who doesn’t allow any overnight parking and that if we stayed, she would call the cops on us. So onward to the nearest Cracker Barrel!
Report Check-InThere were a few trucks but I was the only one with an RV. No problem whatsoever.
Report Check-InGreat Walmart to stop at. Very clean and several others staying over night. Plenty of lights as well.
Saw the local police drive thru a couple of times.
Report Check-InSpent one night here in a sprinter van and had no issues. We saw two semis parked overnight, but no other overlanders. We parked near the auto center off to the side and it was very quiet.
