Something not right?

Description

Stayed dec 30 &31 and paid $50 for the first night. The second night was supposed to be $90 but the super nice staff gave it to us for $65. It was a huge splurge but we had been sick and in rain for a week and just wanted nice facilities. Thus place was amazing! Dare I say even worth the price? Fenced dog park, trails, one mile to the beach, super clean facilities, garbage pickup at your site, tons of activities for kids, pool, hot tub, laundry, store but best of all perhaps THE best staff of any place of any kind we have ever stayed. Every single employee was friendly and efficient and went out of their way to be helpful- truly wonderful.

clean and nice place to camp before hitting the Baja. pricy? yep but whatever.easier than a motel with equipment loss paranoia! sprinklers come on in the night. a feral cat may of pissed on my tent....🤷🏻‍♂️

Report Check-In

Lots of highway noise and terribly expensive. $90 for one night, last minute booking. Arrived just after 8, called three times to be let in and find out what spot I was in. No answer, only voicemail. Finally flagged down an employee on a golf cart as I was about to help myself to a pre-paid spot.
Given all of the highway noise it just wasn't worth it.

Packed full of people and kids. Large facility, big pool, lots of activities for kids and adults. Cost $68 to camp. Poor wifi.

In general we are not RV park fans. We stayed here for 3 nights to prepare our crossing to Mexico. Pool and hot tubs are finished. Decent wifi, good laundry machines. Lots of noise from the highways in the area. 64$ per night including taxes (water and electricity).

they are still working on the new pool. currently available bathrooms/showers are old. shower stalls are freezing with a fan moving so much air that the shower wasn't that enjoyable, water is hot though. we paid around $60 USD for 1night.

Nice place to stay... a lot of entertainment for kids and a nice pool and hot tube. Our son loved it.

They are currently building a fancy new pool, playground, etc. - it will be great. But San Diego isn't cheap.

Keep in mind at the moment there is some noise from the construction work. But who cares, we're in San Diego and the military is flying over our heads the whole day anyway.

Large and beautiful campsite but very pricey! Normal rate was 53$ for one night but because it was low season we got it for 44$. This place could be very peaceful if there wasn't dozens of workers driving golf cars, cutting grass, grasping leaves, emptying garbage; all of that using plenty of very noisy machines! It really sounded like we were staying in the middle of an airport or a big plant!!! I think leaves don't even have time to hit the ground before there is somebody to pick them up!

Stayed here for one night due to continuing camper issues. Typical koa- clean and nice facilities but what a difference the staff makes! Paid $55 and, unlike at Santa Cruz a few days ago, they did what was required and not s but more. Almost surly.

Crowded but clean. Noisy with traffic and neighbors but nice facilities. Expensive

Awesome rv park, close to the border. It's exceptionally well maintained and clean. The spots are pretty and the grounds great. A fine stop before an early morning border run. The only downside is the cost at about $50.

Good but pricey camping ($49.59 inc tax for full hook-up) with easy transit links to downtown.

Only camping we could find in San Diego. Unfortunately the first night was $55, the second $48...for a tent site! Only 8 miles from the border. We spent two days getting ready. Nice bathrooms, hot showers, fast wifi.

Price: $55/night
