Well… BEAUTIFUL, beautiful place, absolutely LOVED it. At first sight. But…

The cabin we rented (15.000 for two) had many holes in the roof (so don’t come here when there is any risk of rain!) and was very tired and therefore overpriced. The toilet didn’t work, the shower was very weak, the fan broken, the switch for the light didn’t work (so we had to turn in and out the bulb), it was infested with mosquitoes (mid march) and had no mosquito net.
We ordered dinner (fish, alloco, attieké) and found out that only the alloco (fried to mashy death) were prepared on site and the rest was bought on street stalls and sold to us (5000 for a tiny fish, sides charged extra). So not happy. Breakfast would have been 3000, so we didn’t try. Maybe we were unlucky because it’s end of the season?
We left without having slept much early next morning, completely covered in mosquito bites. So bring enough repellent and your own net if you stay in one of the cabins!

Nice small campsite directly on the beach. People here don’t bother you and you feel like being alone. Very relaxing atmosphere and we were alone the whole time. (spent 3 nights). The waves are rough so not the best place with kids unfortunately.

Went here for a beer and to investigate about WiFi. It's a nice open place many places to park and big beach, forbidden to swim due to the waves, but it was completely empty, nice owners. Big beer 1000 & they do not have WiFi, they also have bungalows but I decide not to stay the night

Eine sehr angenehme Anlage immer etwas Wind, Strom, warmes Wasser zum Duschen , gute Küche. Am Strand ist Platz genug. In der Stadt gibt es zwei Geldautomaten und einen Supermarkt

Great little sight under the palms (if a little tired). Toilet, running water, by the beach. Watch the rip tides, very strong waves. We paid 7000 per night. We enjoyed fish & rice prepared by them, delicious. Shower had water but not great, but sink had good running water. Also outside tap. Hammocks by the beach. Walking distance to town & other small restaurants if needed.

Very nice campsite. The man wanted 8,000 CFA but quickly dropped down to 6,000. We spent New Years here. The facilities are good, running water in the shower and toilets with toilet paper. Felt like we had it to ourselves as we were the only campers and the people staying in the huts have their own bathroom. The owner is incredibly nice and hospitable. We enjoyed speaking with him and he’s been super helpful. There are a few shaded tables on the beach and the wifi signal works very well if you need to get some work done or want to back up some photos etc Only downside is that the beach was full of plastic. As we were staying a few days I cleaned some of it up but looks like no oft bothers to keep it clean.

Very nice place. Secured. 8000 for the night. Toilets, shower.

It’s a paradise under coconut trees! 4000cfa per night for camping. There is a shower, a sitting Toilette. At the camping field there are some water stations with clean water. Only 20-50 meters to go and you are in the sea! They clean up the place and the beach every day! There is a little restaurant too with local food, beer and other drinks.

Lodge where they do renovations at the bungalows. Parking possible for big rigs just behind the bungalows. We are staying here for more than a week, very quiet even around independence day.

A little bit run down camping with idyllic beach.
They had shortage of water and no electricity.
10 000 CFA per night per vehicle

Initially offered 8000 cfa to camp. After some misunderstandings on our part he offered 4000 as we had used the restaurant. Not sure if he'd do this again though. Explained 8000 was more than we'd ever paid. Spent 3 days here. Very nice with the village in walking distance for supplies.
