Description
Small RV park ran by state parks Texas right behind the visitors centre. only five spots. The Visitor Center has a dump station and you can also fill your water tank with drinkable water for free located on the side of the building.
Why? By checking in after you’ve visited a place you let others know this place is still functional. You can also add or correct any information.

Great place to fill up water! just ask the Ranger inside first.
Report Check-InAsked and the ranger allowed us to fill up on water. Potable water is from the hose on the far end of the main building, by the picnic area, not the hose by the dump station.
Report Check-InAs described before you can get portable water from the left side of the building. There is a very good exibition/interpretive center about the Big Bend area - dont miss it. Its free and well made. Free WiFi as well - and very clean bathrooms.
Report Check-InThe RV Park was used for volunteers only. We had to go an other Statepark Campground.
Report Check-InSuper friendly staff, mountain biking trails available close to the parking lot, drinkable water available on the side of the building (see pic) I filled my 30 gallons for my van, also you can dump your gray/black water and trash.
