Make a turn near "Refugio La Rinconada" sign just behind the bus stop and follow the flags on the fences until the entrance gate (also marked by flags). Very Patagonian farm, welcoming people (Marcelo, Amalia and Bernardina), homemade food (fresh milk, cheese, bread, rhubarb marmalade, apple cake), horseriding (beautiful and calm horses), lodging and learning the people and the local life you will find here.
We were here during the day and did horseriding (5000clp per person per half-hour) and had breakfast (milk, bread, cheese, jam, cake) for 3000clp per person. Also we went for a short walk to collect calafate berries (free!). They also have rooms (with hot shower) for 10000clp per person.
We loved it and recommended making a stop or spending a night!

Highlight stay while biking through Patagonia. I can't express how grateful I am to this kind family: horse riding (5,000 for half hour), great camping spot, Rodriguez helping me move and save my hundreds of photographs, he and his sister, Josefa, giving me a lesson on Patagonian nature while horse-riding (I, a nervous rider, was on beautiful Baya and Rodriguez accompanied me on foot to reassure). I loved every second. Thanks heaps. Clean hot shower (in house), great homemade bread, cheese and jam to buy, quiet private camping spot (5,000chp), absolutely lovely animals (dogs and horses). Best day ever. (And all this when the night before Rodriguez returned to uni) Definitely highly recommend.
Report Check-Invery nice refugio, wonderful owner runs it with the help of her brother who lives near by. 15000 with breakfast or 12000 without
