We asked for gasoline at all 3 gas stations in this area that are mentioned in iOverlander. All 3 did not want to fill up our truck, but every time they did not mind filling our 20ltr jerrycan. So 3 times we filled our jerrycan at a different gas station, and 3 times we simply drove around the corner and poured it in the truck.
This pump attendant said his boss didn't allow him to sell to foreigners, but he did not have a problem selling us 20ltr for 75Bs in a jerrycan.

Sin factura was ‘not possible’. However, after 2 seconds of negotiating we got 70Liter Gasolina straight in the tank for 300 Bol. Police was standing there and did not seem to care

They sell us 10 Liters each motobike. 3.79 Bol with ˋTip´25 Bol, he didnˋt give the change back. Strange. We were happy because bikes were empty. No possibillity to go to Sucre without it.

Bought gas at local rate of 3.7Bs/litre
