New owner. Can’t use the dump station anymore.

This was a last minute booking for us. We needed power hookups so I could work remote. Place was easy to find, owners very easy to communicate with, and the amenities are very clean and well maintained. That said, this is the most money we have spent camping in all of Baja over the last 2 and a half months and we are literally crammed in like sardines. We are in a van and it just barely fit the spot.

This place had all we needed for our stay near Playa Cerritos! Top notch hot showers and terrace with an outstanding view! Our host was great and all the other guests were very welcoming. We wouldn't hesitate to book this on our next Baja adventure!

Beautiful new small park. Spaces are centered around a concrete building that houses an outdoor kitchen and two shower rooms. There is a rooftop patio with a 360 degree view overlooking the Pacific. Full hookups, all in working order. Close to El Pescadero and Todos Santos. We had a very small space and were charged only $400 pesos a night. There are some medium sized rigs in here. Overall a very sophisticated, pleasant place.

Pros. Easy to book using What’s Ap. Very responsive. Nice amenities. Private bath and shower rooms with hooks for towels and shelves for amenities. Nicely laid out with desert landscaping; however, the spiked cacti close to the hookups are hazardous. Lovely view. Plunge pool that is probably great in warmer weather.

Cons. The things other people do or don’t do. Two bulldogs running loose liked our campsite for their potty. Party with loud music in adjacent house went until 1am Sunday morning. Toilet rooms could be cleaned more often. Lots of kids here and no area for them to play other than the common area. Road to the park is challenging.

Very nice familial RV park. We paid 200 pesos for a tent with a motorcycle. The place is relatively new, it has an excellent wifi and a nice shared kitchen, showers and even a pool. A lot of families are "living" there.

Dump prices range from $10 USD for a class B or van, $15 for a class C, and $20 for a class A. Message Casa Caravan Baja on Facebook and they will send you the lock code. Payment is on the honor system. Non-potable water available for 25 cents per gallon. We used this dump a few times while in the area as there isn’t much else. Easy and convenient, although we thought it was a little pricy to dump a 5 gallon toilet.

Casa Caravan RV Hotel is fully open. $30/night including for full hookup, water fill, Wifi, hot showers, dump station and trash. A la Carte prices: $10 dump station, $10/pp showers. Small park may not suitable for super big rigs. Has community kitchen and small pool. Beautiful ocean view.

You can set up dump Station appointment through Casa Caravan Facebook Messenger. Appointment recommended as Eric is not on site.
