Huge RV Park. Good pool. If they overhauled showers and toilets would be a great place

Report Check-In

Great park on the beach
75 fully serviced lots
We are 37 feet and could park in any spot
Also a spot for tents
Lovely warm pool and great surfing beach
Highly recommended

Very big and quiet lot, there is a tiny bit of shade and didn't see too much litter. Security guards patrolling all the time. However price is 120pp now just to dry camp, 350 for a van with hookups. We've stayed much nicer places for that price. Regardless of what you pay you will park at a spot with full hookups... let your conscience guide you lol.

Sorry, I made a mistake, my descriptions were for Acapulco RV Park. For Ixtapa , a lot of spot with full hookups but no shadow. Nice Beach and a swimming pool. Bike path to go to Ixtapa and Zihuatanejo

Nice Campground , water, dump, electricity at each site. Toilets and showers in a building. Swimming pool and a little grocerie. The gate is always closed, so you have to honk your horn to enter. You must give 100 pesos to have a key, the owner give you back your change when you leave . The Beach is accessible from the Campground. Lots of palm trees but coconuts are not picked up, beware! 400 pesos per day . Wifi not good and no fast

lovely, quiet RV Park, right on the beach, lots of surfers during the day but very quiet at night. extremely friendly and helpful staff. lovely swimming pool, clean bathrooms and cold showers. litter is definitely an issue but overall a wonderful place to stay.

Report Check-In

Was like 150p for two people to sleep in our van. Kind of a weird vibe as there's all these bus and van tourismo drivers who stay there at night so it feels like camping at a truck stop in a way. Also the pool was disgusting but they started cleaning it right as we left. No shade so you need to bring some. Hard to make a judgement on this one as the price is great, it's definitely safe, and it's on the beach, but the beach has trash on it, you are in a parking lot, and the vibe is a little odd. Go check it out and decide for yourself I guess?

currently only 2 rv, otherwise many buses (with waiting drivers who often run the engines to operate the air conditioning), day guests and surfers. that's ok, but more pemex than camping feeling.

Report Check-In

We were there for 4 nights in a tent . Ground would need a bit of maintenance but was Ok for the price of 70 pesos per person . Swimming pool was great, toilets Ok in the main building, beach not great for swimming on site but super for sunset. Not that far from the dock for Isla Ixatapa who is great . A few km from Ixtapa ... We really enjoyed our stay there . Good security service ....

large paved rv park that easily holds big rigs. 300 per night, 280 for 8-30 nights, 260 for one month or more. very few RVs present even during high season and many many spaces available. very nice to finally have working 30 amp electric to run the AC. bad part is it's a 30 minute drive to zihua. they recently changed the policy to not allow dogs but might give you an exception for a small dog that mostly stays in the RV. very little shade. 24 hour security. they also allow tent camping for 70 pesos per person.

Still 300 pesos per night, which 7 years ago was pricey, but now seems average. Decent power and water. Great swimming pool, but the beach is not the best. Biggest downside is that it's located so far from Zihuatanejo.

Secure fenced site with 2 full time security guards. Pool, cold showers and flush toilets. Great bike path to Ixtapa. Beach a bit rocky and you can see the crocs in the mangrove just up the road. 300 peso for full hook-up.

Nice place at the beach. full hoockups and a Beautiful swimming pool. Good if you want to stay there or have another vehicule as it Is a little far away . 300 MXN no negociable. Beach access. wifi.

Very deserted but husband preferred over busy ixtapa n ziua. No negotiations whatsoever for being a slow part if season. 300Mx 2 people + dog. All hookups. Beautiful beach. Not much within walking distance.

Amazing! Best camping in zihua or ixtapa, and best price. We paid 70 pp for rooftop tent. Large parking lot spaces for big rigs, and grassy areas for tents all right on the beach. Security 24/7. Showers, water, pretty decent pool and pretty good beginner surf.
Downside, the river smelled a bit at low tide.

I can only confirm all previous comments. Nice place though. Dont miss the best seafood restaurant I ever experienced, EL BUZO, in the small village San José de Ixtapa, 5 min bicycling from the camping. The owner is ARTURO.
