Super Great place just a few meters away from the lakefront of laguna Icalma. We were so frustrated because we came over Quinquen and the lake guallaté was all fenced in and we were desparate.then we found this spot and it's one of our favorites of the entre trip. Like a park! Well hidden from the road, grass, you have sun, you have shade, you have a beach and it's super quiet. It's not fenced in but there are sheep and dogs around and some farms. You have to drive down a steep Hill and make a little left turn. There you park between two hills. Leveled parking, just beautiful!!! But you can pretty much choose from several different options. Any Car can manage the hill.

Beautifull spot. They're building a cabaña now but there is no sign that it's private and in the afternoon there were more people having a bbq and a swim On day 1 the owner came by, asked if we had permission, in the end he didn't mind we were staying overnight. On day 2 another "owner" came by and asked money. We refused because he didn't look like the owner and the guy yesterday didn't ask for money. He was a bit angry so we left.
I don't mark this spot as closed, because a lot of people come here so it still seems a public place. I don't know for how long though!
Perfect spot -- thanks a lot. Spent Christmas there :-). With a motorbike you can go down to the beach and pitch your tent there. But you then can be seen from the houses on the lakeside.
