The office to start at 7.30 for the briefing and allocation of groups. From here you drive with your own car or catch a lift to the start of the tracking location. Maximum 8 people per group with 4 gorilla groups in the area. Low season has plenty of extra permits and can be bought with cash or visa at any of the receptions including this one of the park.

we showed up one day befor we planned to do the trekking. but you can easily show up just in the morning. you can pay the 700$ by card

Maximum 8 people per group with 4 gorilla groups in the area. Low season has plenty of extra permits and can be bought with cash or visa at any of the receptions including this one of the park. I bought mine from a tourguide who often have extra permits due to cancellations.
