Texas has great rest stops but this is one of the best. Warm, open all night, lots of electrical outlets inside and outside. I didn't find any place to connect a hose but it seemed like the picnic pavilions have the potential because there are little metal doors labelled water. But it's January and freezing so could be seasonal or just never hooked up. There's a play structure for kids, a dog walk area, and a short little nature trail. At least one of the picnic pavilions had a grill for charcoal grilling. Inside is warm and clean. Bathrooms have electric hand dryers. The side of the main building closest to the highway is for big rigs, the quieter side is for car. There were several other vans and a small camping trailer that all spent the night.

Nice rest area, clean restrooms. The car lot is far from the road so it's pretty quiet. Slept great. Good TMobile.

Clean and warm restrooms. Level ground with covered picnic tables. We rejoiced in finding an open outlet to plug in before bed. Solid stop, but lots of in and out action throughout the night.

Great rest stop. Quiet. Slow WiFi. And it has a trail where to do a short walk in the middle of nature. So nice!

Another quiet night at a Texas rest stop. We even saw lightening bugs!

This is our favorite highway rest area. We arrived just in time to avoid the extreme weather tornado warning and were able to bunker out in their visitor center along with dozens of travelers. Nice staff and level parking. Surrounded by nature, picnic shelters, playground

Very nice and clean place to sleep. We parked our car and camped with a rooftent. Dinner at the table. Perfect restrooms. Would be more perfecr if it had a shower.
Thanks to Texas offering this support for travelers like us.

Our dogs needed a break from the car, so we stopped here. There is a great gravel walking trail off to thre side of the parking lots. No other dogs around so we let them off leash to RUN and play catch. Just what they needed. Such a great rest stop! And there is a playground for kids too!
