Description

Pretty nice spot on the Beach with spectacular views on the bay, the Mountains and the corcovado volcano. There is unfortunately some garbage, but the view on the Ocean is so cool + there were at least 10 dolphins and even more seals hunting only a few meters away from the shore. Leveled parking, hidden from the road. Fantastic spot!!! Free

We visited the place but there is currently no flat ground on the beach and it's a bit smelly. We rather went to Santa Barbara, much nicer spot!!

Report Check-In

Not 2WD friendly! We got stuck in the rocks and luckily we found a rope and piece of wood and managed to get out. We went to the spot that's a little more South, same view and less risk!

After we got from the Ferry at 6.30 in the morning, we parked here to sleep a couple of hours. Just a 3 minute drive and hidden from the road. You can easily walk on the beach. Great spot if you are going to/coming from the ferry.

Perfect spot to spent the night after the ferry, we arrived at 5 am and we slept until 11 am without disturbing

Nice place to have picnic or even sleep overnight. Just be careful with the sea level as this starts to increase during the night. So is not recommend camp over the rocks and only secure doing it by the green area behind.

Awesome spot !!!
Quit hard to find thé access to the beach by night, but definetly worth it!
We spent a quiet night (be careful as the level of water rises a lot, star real close to the trees).
We woke up at 7:15am with a pink sky, a view over the volcan and even saw 10 dolphins!

Report Check-In

couldn't find the spot easily, not obvious from the main road.

Fine spot for 1 night (very close from the ferry). If you want a "wow" feeling spot, go to the beach of Santa Barbara (8km from here).

Report Check-In

Lots of driftwood on the beach. Can drive down and be more hidden.

Report Check-In

Arrived in the dark and we were not able to acces the beach but stayed on the pul out next to the road. One dolphin spotted!

Report Check-In

Lovely spot - saw about 5 dolphins this morning! A bit of rubbish lying around but not bothersome! Quiet and nor far from Chaiten!

Report Check-In

Great spot and surprisingly sheltered. The dolphins and seals were hiding, but a family of swans joined us :)

Report Check-In

Nice view. Some dolphins on the morning and black-neck sawns. Few other campers, nice to meet people :)
Plenty of wood, so perfect to make a fire.

Great campsite. We didn't see dolphins, but seals playing in the water.

Report Check-In

We just stay here for the lunch, but pretty amazing place! Heaps of dolphins, wow.

Report Check-In

Nice quiet area of beach, flat hardstanding. Lovely views out across the water with pods of dolphins just off shore to watch! Hidden from road, gravel track down quite deep and rough.

Report Check-In

short but rough and steep driveway
