Viewpoints | Wild Camping

We spent a very quiet night on one of the viewpoints, a bit after the “main” one. There are some cars that pass by until 7-8pm but after sunset everyone just goes home.
Flat spaces are not that many but on weekday everything is available. It can get quite windy but we survived with a roof tent.
The road doesn’t require a 4x4 but it’s in quite bad condition so you’ll have to drive slowly with caution. We saw many small city cars on it so it’s doable with any vehicle.

The way is I bit rocky at some parts but you really don’t need 4x4 . I had seen city cars using that track.
Silent spot, nice view (on the remaining forest) over the hills. Recommended ++

No services and facilities. But an incredible and safe place

Incredible and safe place to sleep in the other white mountain range. Several viewpoints with views of the mountains or the city. Go through the royal road. On weekdays the movement of a few people will only begin after 9:00 am. The view is incredible, pleasant temperature at night. I managed to arrive with a Honda fit =)

Lugar incrível e seguro para dormir na serra do outro branco. Vários mirantes com vistas para a serra ou para a cidade. Passa pela estrada real. Em dias de semana o movimento de poucas pessoas começará somente depois das 09h da manhã. A Vista é incrível, temperatura agradável a noite. Consegui chegar com um Honda fit =)

This track leads to a viewpoint, but along it on both sides are many flat grounds with wonderful campspots all unfenced and unrestricted.

No facilities and track is easy-moderate where 4x2 is possible but 4x4 of course preferred.
