hydrant water spicket is off. attendant thinks recent work on shared well may have disrupted.

Stopped for water, proceeded to fill our tank- Then a lady snapped at us water was not free but rather $5 for up to 35 gal! This was maybe our 4th time filling here…no signs posted, no one ever said anything even an attendant that kindly told us there was spring water up the road (but without a nozzle fitting). Lady checked in with clerk to make sure we paid & left shortly after snapping at us, not sure if she was the owner or what…Maybe we just had bad timing. Check the towing company further down the road, saw a spigot with hose there as well.
