This is a good spot about a quarter mile off 385 on 342. We had no issue getting our 42' 5th wheel in the spot from either direction. It was a little wet and we did have to use 4WD while backing in. We also were able to fit a 38' Class C in the spot with us. We back all the way into the site and had to raise our jacks all the way up to get level. The Class C found a spot and only had to use a couple leveling blocks. There were a few cars passing by during the day. This spot is under the power lines and we had 1 bar of 4G LTE service with Verizon.

Nice spot in the national forest. We stayed here for two quiet nights. A forest ranger came by to post a sign that says No Campfires, and a friendly local dog came by whenever we cooked, but other than that we didn't have any visitors! Also, tons of beautiful quartz rocks everywhere near this site. No Verizon service.
Report Check-InEasy access off Rifle Pit Rd. Road is in good condition and site is very peaceful.
Report Check-InNice spot. The entrance to the main spot was blocked by small rocks that can easily be removed, but I'm not sure why they were placed here, so I didn't mess with it. Spend one night here. Only one local drove by very quiet, and best of all, it's less than 10 minutes of drive to Wind Cave NP.
Report Check-InThe first spot after turning from 385 was blocked with a pile of dry branches. The second one was sloped. This third one was huge and we found a relatively flat area. It’s farther away from 385 and we could not hear traffic noise. We did not see any other campers around when we pulled in, there was one car camper joined us in this site later in the evening. It’s only a couple of miles from the entrance to Wind Cave National Park.
Report Check-InWe came to this spot after searching deeper down the road for a long time. It's a good site. We used a tent and set it up on a flat spot near the back of the site. No fire ring. Lots of friendly wildlife in the area.
