Friendly staff, lots of amenities - power, WiFi, clean hot showers, laundry and dog park. Cost was $75 for the night but worth it to charge up my solar and wash clothes. Centrally located in Montrose but quiet and next to river. Best part is the County lake next door. My pup swam in it for hours.
Report Check-Innice place to treat yourself to if you've been in dusty Moab (or boondocking anywhere). it is a bit pricey with premium riverside spots at $72 including tax, but it has the cleanest bathrooms and laundry room I've seen in awhile. spots are all gravel and request a shaded site. gated entry. close to town, but very quiet.
