Noisy on weekends. In front Art Museun there are security guards 24 hours, but you can park only in weekends because is prohibided during the week.During the week is better park in front "parque". There is bathroon until 6 p.m., free, outside museum. There are some restaurants, sibway in gas station near. Some open WiFi but not fast.
