Nice well maintained campground next to East Fork Hood River. I arrived late and there were plenty of sites available to pitch a tent. I stayed at site 71 next to the creek ($35), camp sites not next to stream are $25. Nice little trail next to the river for morning dog walk.

Stayed her for 3 nights.
The campground is really nice and quiet, not many people while we were here, everyone was mainly in the western loop as it’s the closest to the river.
Prices are the same as previously mentioned, hot showers (0.75$ to get it started, can add 0.25 for additional minutes).

Awesome campground. Pleasantly surprised it wasn’t packed full. A lot of empty spots when we got here. A lot of tent camping spots. Most rv spots have water and electric, some also have sewer. $35 for spots next to the stream $30 for the rest. Tent spots are $25. We usually don’t pay for spots but we needed water. Gonna stay for 3 days. Have to pay to use showers, bring quarters. $0.75 for 3 minutes to start $1.50 for 6 minutes. Takes almost 2 minutes to get hot. Otherwise great campground.

As described, real nice and quiet campground. Host’s are great. Highly recommend this place if you want to see the area around Mt Hood.

We didn't have any issues getting our 42' 5th wheel down the west and east forks. We ultimately decided to stay on the west fork at site 67 which is right on the river. We had no issues backing into the site, but we definitely couldn't use the fire pit as the back of our camper was over it.

We had a water and electric site and since it's on the river, it was $35/night instead of $30. It was a pretty secluded site with a fire pit and picnic table. Someone made a little pool out of rocks in the river which was awesome for sitting in. The showers were clean, but cost about a quarter a minute and cost $0.75 to start. The bathrooms were flush style and very clean. The park offers some hiking along the river, but the trail is poorly marked. There is a large picnic area at the entrance of the park with a large field and several picnic tables.

This is a first come first serve campground and you pay via a kiosk at the entrance. You can purchase up to seven nights at once. You can renew your site starting at 9:00am the day of departure. Check out is at noon.

There is NOT a dump station around and the closest one we could find was in Hood River at the water treatment plant, but it was free. We had great Verizon and ATT service that was capable of two people taking video calls. The park hosts were kind and informative.
