If you love peace and nature and can do without electricity, this is the place for you. We spent wonderful days at Kamanjab Restcamp. The toilets and showers are basic but functional and very clean. Spacious pitches with good privacy and good shade. Suitable for BigRig (2.4x8x3.8m). The restaurant had to be closed with Corona. The owners, Rolf and Tina, look after the campsite themselves again. Various paths invite you to take a walk. On two raised platforms you can enjoy sunrise and sunset or marvel at the clear starry sky. Friendly atmosphere. 3 giraffes and various bucks live on the premises. The place seems very safe. WhatsApp Tina: +264 81 323 8370.

Overlanders can still stay for free and the campspot is quite nice and clean. Although I would not recommend you to stay there. We were sleeping at campsite2 and in the night two guys stole some stuff and tried to break into my car while we were sleeping above. I jumped and started screaming, they ran away. Very scary. Next morning the police can but couldn’t help...
