Estuvimos aquí 2 noches, muy tranquilo y seguro, todas las comodidades necesarias y acogida amorosa de Pedro, su Administrador. 40 soles x noche 2 personas y motorhome.

Price now 30 Soles without electricity, really quit, 15 Mb download, I liked the speed.

Easy to find with google maps.

Really friendly people, had to stay longer because of demonstrations and blocked roads. Wifi is working in the restaurant area, got a meat for one bungalow for shower and toilet, clean but cold shower.
Enjoyed our stay.
20soles for 1 night for 2 people, 1 van and 1 dog.

Easy to find, when you took straight the Avenida Caceres. Behind the big empty lot you turn left. At the end ( ca. 170 m) again left and you will find this place at the right hand. Do not follow the navi apps. I have made 2 screenshots (photo).

still diffucult to find, but a good place to stay overnight on the parking lot. They rent rooms too. Payed 25 sol for a car and two people. Cold showers, slow wifi on the lot. But myriads of mosquitos in the evening and night.

25 Soles (2 persons & a camper), 5 Soles for Electricity. Very clean toilet and (cold) shower. Nice pool and garden to relax :). Wifi works near the „comedor“.
It‘s not easy to find the place - but possible :) (maps.me is not correct)

A bit tricky getting here due to roads blocked off for repairs but was a good stop. Wifi did reach our rig but not consistent. Gave us a key to our own bathroom with shower, a seat and TP. Jenny did our laundry for S1 per piece - very fast. Owner helped us find repair help we needed.

Room prices are 45 w/o bathroom, 50 with bathroom and they also have something for 70 Sols...

Report Check-In

Consuelo was super nice with us, the night guard as well.

We were alone at the parking lot, so we had the bathroom and the shower for ourselves. Clean and big bathroom with cold and lot of pressure water. During the day was so hot that we didnt even bother the cold water!

The dog was wearing that thing on his mouth not to bite, but he seemed very quiet and relaxing when we were there.
We pay 25 for 2+Defender plus 5 for electricity.

We had breakfast for 8 soles per person, but I didn like it. Coffee, papaya juice and 2 small chicken sandwich.

Report Check-In

Nice quiet place, with our own very clean toilet an cold shower. Friendly ladies and internet. What else do you need?

Report Check-In

Perfectly fine! We paid 20 soles for two of us in a roof top tent. The dogs were of zero concern to us, very mellow and didn't even come near us.

Report Check-In

20S for 2 people. good place but miss something... wifi very slow, cold shower.

20S pour 2 personnes. endroit sympa mais il manque quelque chose (chaleur ?). Wi-Fi très lent et douche froide. OK pour une nuit.

Report Check-In

When we stayed here, nobody guests, we can has a hot shower

Report Check-In

It is a nice place, restrooms and shower were very clean, it was cold though. The people working there were helpful and nice. About the dog, it didn't even got close to us , but the lady who runs the place put a "bosal" (the stuff to not bite) on the dog .
The museum is really worth a visit

So question - why are do all the hotels here call themselves 'eco'? Like, in Australia you have to be pretty special to be an eco-lodge. You will probably be sleeping on organic bamboo sheets and bathing in single-origin 2 million year old spring water and all that stuff... Anyway, I digress.

This place is pretty sweet. It's a nice hotel with manicured grounds and an inviting swimming pool. If you are needing to sleep in this area you really don't need to look any further. 10S pppn. We were hesitant after reading about being bitten by the dogs here, but they were very docile and not even bothering to sniff us as we passed (though one was wearing a muzzle, so maybe it's the troublemaker).

We needed a 25m cable to connect electricity to our car, and they charged us an additional 5S for the privilege. The hotel has no height limit on the gate, if your rig is on the 'larger' side.

Overall we didn't feel out of place camping here and had a relaxing night.

Oh, the roads to get here are pretty crap (wonder what the council has been spending the local taxes on?) - bumpy dirt. Passable by anyone, but annoying.

We first parked in the parking slots covered by shade cloth, but the owners sister didn't want us there and we had to move to the far side of the lot. A whole 10m away from our original spot. Why? If you figure it out please let us know :)

Really nice and clean hostel where you can park your car or RV for S/. 10 per person. Swimming pool, hamac, big field where you can land. The breakfast (eggs, bread, butter, coffee and juice) is S/. 5 per person.
We stayed only one night but it was perfect!

Un bel endroit , piscine + accès aux toilettes douches... 20 s ; piste d accès boueuse après l'orage ... le point Gps est ok mais demander son chemin

Report Check-In

they don't let us stay - we don't understand the reason!
some overhead power lines are hanging very deep because of damaged power poles, so we can't reach the door from the north.

Buen lugar para pasar la noche ante o después de ir al museo Sipan. Muy limpio y seguro. Podemos usar la piscina tambien.

Report Check-In

El guardián de la noche muy simpático y cooperativo
Pagamos 20 soles

Seguro, vigilante toda la noche

Report Check-In

Nice place for a night. Sleeping in the parking lot of the Eco hotel. Access to toilet (no shower), electricity and wifi for 20 soles. Quiet and safe night.

Report Check-In

Unfortunetly, this is the only place to stay in the area. It looks very nice, but the owner (she said she is the sister of the owner) Consuelo, was very disrespectful to us. As soon as we get off the car, one of the dogs jumped and bit my wife's hand. Consuelo didn't apologise and said "que raro..." Of course, we left our small dog inside the camper all the time. 20 soles for the two of us.

20soles Electricity and wifi. Excelent place...

20 Soles per night. Very nice owners. Gave us a key to a very nice bathroom with toilet and shower close to the pool. Good wifi. Quiet at night.

Report Check-In

We didn't have a hard time finding the place, just head in the general direction and you shouldn't have a problem. Given a key for toilet and shower near pool. Pay what you want, we left 36sol for 3 people and we all had breakfast in the morning. 5 Sol for coffee, juice, bread, jam. Quiet when we were there during the week. Pool very refreshing. Nice people running it. Some dogs on the property.

The place is as as clean as the folks are friendly. Very pleasant! When we were there, internet access was a jumble of many wifi sources, none of which worked with our Apple equipment.

Report Check-In

Everything as stated below. Just one update: if you have a dog and it is a male you have to keep it inside the car as otherwise it will be attacked by on-site dogs.

Oh, and the name is "Eco-hostal" not "Ecolodge".

Report Check-In

good place to stay for a night or two. from here you can easy visit the very good and very interesting Museo Tumbas Reales de Sipan. overnight parking at the museo is not possible anymore. but the the ecolodge here is anyway the better place. very friendly poeple, and we paid 20 soles p/n. it's a little bit hard to find, but the gps position is right. ask the lokales for direction.

Ecolodge at the back end of town. Difficult to find but sand road leads to the site. The owner is a lovely older gentleman who said it was free for us to stay but when pushed said he would accept a tip (we paid 15 Soles). We were given key to toilet and shower. Free WIFI available from restaurant area. Swimming Pool. Very quiet overnight.
