Campsite # 6 was great. It was easy to back into with our Subaru Outback and small Shasta camper. Isolated enough that our dogs were very calm. Only 3-4 cars passed per day. Looks like there are about 10 sites total along the road, some set further back off the road than others.
Report Check-InSlept there overnight car camping. It was very quiet, no one else there. No signs that said no car camping. Early morning cars were for hunters.
Report Check-Inthere were some no camping and no parking signs along the road including at the nice campsite just over the one lane bridge. pretty site but lots of mosquitos and horseflies
Report Check-InPlenty of actual campsites (we saw at least 8, most were full already) along the road, with firepits. The first one after the river had a pit latrine, but was occupied. Campsites big enough for medium to large RVs or trailers, definitely enough for a handful of tents and vehicles. Nice and peaceful in the forest. Sign said road is closed in winter, starting 12/1.
