Something not right?

Description

Seirra Drive. We used Gaia to locate a Forest service road, and found an existing pull off area cleared of trees once we got there. Confirmed it is on public land. Nothing special, but a good spot to pull off the highway for a night with a roof top tent. I'm not sure big rigs would easily fit in the small clearing, but a small trailer or tear drop would probably work if you can reverse with it.
Verizon has 1/4 bars of service here. 6Mbps/1.5Mbps speed test

As others have stated nothing fancy just a quiet place for the night. We didn’t arrive until after dark so I appreciated the photos that were here. Only 1 car drove past in the early morning. Very small. Van, car or tent only.

This is great for anyone traveling through and wants an easy stop for the night. Only 4 miles or so off the interstate. Completely secluded, completely quiet. You can barely even see the vehicle from the road. I’ve been here five hours and not a single vehicle has passed by. The site is kind of like a little driveway in and then a dog leg off to the right, so where you park really isn’t even visible because you’ve turned a corner in the trees. I’ve added a photo of how the truck is visible, or not, from the road, and a picture of the truck in the space. The site itself is very small; I think you could put in a teardrop or a small cargo trailer, but that’s it. I am just using the camper shell on my pickup. Large ruts at the entrance to the driveway which might be trouble for low clearance vehicles. But this is a great spot, and I would recommend it to anyone. Beautiful woods, and lovely quiet. Thanks very much to this app for recommending it.

Report Check-In

Quiet and level spot. Verizon signal for data was slow, but good enough for phone calls.

Report Check-In

This spot was fine for a night. Simply a clearing off the side of a dirt road with a little bit of garbage. Easily accessible in a 2WD 170” Sprinter, but looks like it could get muddy if it rains. We heard a lot of gunshots when we first arrived, sounded like a target range might be near by, but they stopped when it got dark out. No amenities and limited cell service on ATT. Free!
