Description

Small little pull out along the forest service road. Tent placing is possible in a small clearing covered behind trees by the pullout. A primitive firepit is also in the clearing. Very quiet and had no traffic pass by through the night. Verizon 4g LTE available at good speeds.

Latest Check-Ins

pulled in at 7pm, spot was open. it's rained recently and this spot is a tad murky up in the grassy area, but that's also to be expected in this area and there's enough room to not park the van in mud. 8/10, saw no Sasquatch.

Report Check-In

It was a good spot for the night, a little more overgrown than the pictures. There's no cover/privacy from the road you drive in on, as it's just a pullout, but only five or so vehicles drove past while I was there, so it wasn't big deal. No trash, other than a can or two and what seemed like a dumped little trailer, but it was out of the way. The trees here are beautiful, and the mosquitoes were minimal!

Report Check-In

Quiet, peaceful, easily accessible spot with 3 LTE bars for ATT. No problem finding an opening around 5:30 pm on a Friday. Sadly, trash off to the side in the area, but it’s not scattered everywhere. No fire ring. Pack in / pack out for one night

Report Check-In

Fine for a night but no reason to stay. Not much room and some trash. A few cars drove by but otherwise really quiet. Dark and overgrown.

Report Check-In

Stayed here on a Monday night. Quiet, felt safe. No cars went by. Reasonably flat. Sadly there is a big trash bag and some other trash. Ok if you stay in vehicle but not a nice enough site to set up outdoors. Decent ATT signal. Verizon was unusable, even with our booster.

Report Check-In

As described, but now part of the pull-out is filled with trash and there is no longer a fire ring. The spot was shockingly level so it was perfect for our camper van. Tons of mosquitoes! No Verizon but my AT&T phone worked just fine. Great little place for one night while exploring the area.

I think this is an old quarry road. Super quiet and beautiful! The roads a bit narrow but is passable in any car. Not a lot of privacy but big pullout. Saw at least one other pull out that was already taken. Three bars of version and at&t with good connection. Great camping spot if you want to spend time at Quinault Lake during the day.

Report Check-In

Stayed here 1 night. The gravel road in is fine for a sedan, just watch for the pot holes. Super quiet and only 1 car drove by the whole time. Tons of mosquitos. Plenty of room for our 19’ van. There is some type of unmaintained trail that goes through the site that had a fresh set of mud terrain tires tracks, but we never ran into anybody trying to come back out. Verizon and T-mobile had enough data to check emails and update social media. Would stay here again.

cute little spot! appears to technically be on a little side road, not a pull out, but we investigated and it seems no ones been down it in a while. camp ring was recently used and theres a nice little log to use as a bench. we tent camped but it was difficult to find a flat spot even with our small 2 person tent. pretty good verizon coverage. overall decent spot for the night. lots of bugs as with everywhere in the area.

Report Check-In

clean up after yourselves! good 4g on Finicky t-mobile.

Report Check-In

Didn’t feel completely safe here, there was a lot of trash and was kind too close to a neighborhood for comfort. There was enough flat ground for a large two person tent but that’s it.

Report Check-In

Safe and no one will bother you. Had to add another comment to show the picture

Cute little pull off. We stayed one night and had a fire. Cell phone reception for both Verizon and AT&T.
