Turnout on a rarely used gravel road in the Ozark National Forest near Siloam Springs AR. nearby is chamber springs public access to the illinois river, and walmart 15 minutes away. Abandoned road after "road closed" sign makes for a nice walk. Not bothered by anyone until 9:30 am when packing up, police officer stopped by to make sure we weren't sketchy and that everything was alright.

Great little camping spot for a night. We're using it as a stop on our way to mountain bike in Bentonville tomorrow 45 minutes away. 4 bars Verizon.
Report Check-InWe didn’t stay the night here, but definitely wished we did. It is a true winter wonderland right now and easily accessible in our 2WD sprinter. Good cell service on ATT.
