Description

Established campground with cabins on the beach to rent.
The park has plenty of space, so park where you want. Only two other people here with rigs and many were parked and covered as if people didn't come down this year.
Clean restrooms with showers no hot water and slow wifi..
30 amp RV power outlets at sites (bring an adapter if you need 15 amp).
I paid $450.00 pesos for 1 person with an 18ft R.V. It seems the rate varies from $300.00 to $500 based on what Alfredo thinks he can get. Each space has water, electric a dump station and a pad to set up chairs.
This is at the north end of Mazatlan, very quiet, so if you need anything you will be catching a cab.

Report Check-In

Quite expensive $525 per night but it does occupy pretty prime real estate on the Mazatlan beach. Good shady sites with privacy walls between sites. All services. Primitive shower and bathroom, hot water occasionally but not necessary in the heat. Very clean. Did not use their Internet.

Report Check-In

great location, a bit expensive, paid 600 per night 2 person in a van.
wifi not working, nice and quiet for the night

Report Check-In

Passing through Mazatlan, this trailer park was located right next to the beach, albeit a bit far from the other attractions in Mazatlan. It was shaded but provided enough open sky for Starlink on a tall mast.

We stayed here three nights.

Report Check-In

There are a few things incorrect about this place. Firstly, the voltage is always too high. Our surge/voltage meter constantly turns our power off. There is no water pressure , just dribbles. it's also not big rig friendly(we are 40 feet). Also dusty dirty. The showers have no shower head, just a pipe coming out. Not recommended.

We stayed for 3 weeks and then left our Bus here for another 4 weeks while we flew out of the country. Everything was very uncomplicated. You pay 500 pesos/night but it gets cheaper the longer you stay (7 nights just pay 6 nights) our kids could run around and everybody was very nice. We loved the little walk down to the Beach and the beautiful access. Bathrooms are clean and shower has warm water too, lust turn on the left side (and it needs to be sunny outside so the water barrel heads up) shower is not so clean….

Report Check-In

Very convenient spot north of Mazatlan easy on off highway. 500 pesos per rig more suitable for big self contained rigs as the showers are cold and toilets are filthy. Good for 1 night but that’s all.

Report Check-In

Got in late today without a reservation and Alfredo greeted us quickly. He was firm at $500 pesos a night. The shower is absolutely gross !! Bathrooms are cute. Beach is fabulous.

Will update when I leave but wanted to let you know the price he charged.

Great people, 3 service very friendly and quiet, fantastic Beach

Report Check-In

Basic rv park right on the ocean. Struggling Wi-Fi.
Bathroom facilities are in desperate need of TLC. Bring your own toilet paper.
Drove by twice. The entrance is in the kiosko parking lot.

Report Check-In

We enjoyed two nights here (one in a cabaña and one in our van). The RV ask had many funny and friendly snowbirds staying there. The owner Aberto seemed quite nice, he was throwing a free party (tacos, beer and dancing horses) for the residents when we arrived. Cabana a bit pricey, but we only paid $300 pesos for the night in our van. Wifi was decent, bathrooms behind the event space were cleaner/more enjoyable to use than the cement ones. A nice quite stand of palms and a relative oasis amongst the hotels and big developments in Mazatlan.

Nice place payed 450 pesos per day. Good WiFi new bike path on street good places to eat not far

Report Check-In

For Two Adults and Two Kids 1 year old. Cost us 450 pesos each night. Place in the parking close to the beach. Beach area and general area really exclusive. We loved the place. We plan to stay two nights and take the Ferry to La Paz. We have our van @patoandlola and we used water and power connection it is really good to hace both.

Report Check-In

Very dirty, run down place.
bathrooms are mess.
Dusty and very expensive.
not recommended!
Owner comes at night to collect money, very uncomfortable.
No lights

Established camp ground right on the beach. The entrance is at the Kiosko which is open all night. Only 2 other people with rigs are here. Plenty of space to choose your own spot, many with shade, all with pads for tables and chairs. There is 220 electric, if you need an adapter, bring it. Quiet, clean, showers with no hot water and I had difficulty signing into the internet. The per night is between $300.00Mx and $450.00 and I'm not sure what it's based on. I paid $450.00Mx for 1 person with an 18ft rig. The only thing is there is little else out this end of the beach and with 3 places listed as closed if you need to eat you'll be hailing a taxi.

Nice place right at the beach, oxxo right outside, all the hookups. Good spot waiting for the ferry, Like 25 minutes driving for a very nice road..!!
Bathrooms not very clean and good wifi...

Report Check-In

Excellent Campingplatz! Cheaper than other and nicer!

Report Check-In

Enter in the ‘Kiosko’ parking lot and the entrance is right there. Was quoted 420 pesos for the day/night. There is a sign on the gate that says 50 pesos for 11am to 8pm (day use). Was nice.

Decided to look for something else.

I wasn't able to find this place.

Report Check-In

Beautiful location right on the beach. I have the place all to myself. Paid $360p for one night, one person, no hookups, which I thought was a bit steep. Hot water in bathrooms, very well kept common grounds. Oxxo store close by. Surrounded by large resorts, so it's a bit far for other services.

Report Check-In

Nice place, nice owner, right on the beach. Paid 310 for 2 persons and our SUV, no hookups.

Report Check-In

The place has a great location and friendly people but they are things to improve like the restroom. I'll stay here again though.

Report Check-In

Established campground with nice beach area.
Had 6 available spaces near the street for transient campers when we arrived.
Clean restrooms with hot showers.
Long term spaces are near the beach and full.
30 amp RV power outlets at sites (bring an adapter if you need 15 amp).
Was 330 pesos for 2 people and truck/camper.
This is Mazatlan so there are high-rise resorts on each side of the campground.

Report Check-In

We stayed here in January 2015. Ladies, please be careful. DO NOT BE ALONE with the owner, Alfredo. He sexually assaulted me. As is common in these situations, I did not speak out until now. Please, please be careful.
