Vou escrever em português porque essa é importante principalmente para os muitos brasileiros que vem para essa região. Nós passamos nos últimos meses 4 vezes nesse mesmo posto, sempre nos param porque nosso carro é modificado mas só pedem documentação. Dessa vez, estamos sendo rebocados por cambão porque uma peça do carro quebrou, então eles aproveitaram disso para dizer que é uma infração ser rebocado pelo mesmo, sendo que o Item para estrangeiro é obrigatório por lei e o uso também para deslocar o veículo. Mandou irmos para uma salinha (ta ai o perigo) e Inventou uma lei para dizer que estava certo porém já estamos muito acostumados a passar por policias corruptas e enfrentamos, com educação e firmeza. No final ele cedeu, pois sabia que não havia nada errado.

The northeast of the country (particularly Entre Rios) is known for traffic scams. Even if an officer claims the ticket will be more expensive, and your vehicle will be towed if you do not pay on the spot, insist you be issued a formal ticket.

We take the RP42: not asphalted but pretty good. 50km more or less. We have a Ducato motorhome

Did not have any issues on this road from Paraguay to Buenos Aires, once stopped, but police ket through insantly. Seems like smiling and hot day at siesta time might have helped.

corrupt police. they find a problem and take you to the officer inside a closed room to negotiate the bribe. tray to have everything 100% correct so they have no reason to fine you.

we have been checked already 15 times since we crossed from brazil. all of them was very friendly to us except these people. we paid 1030 pesos because our lights during a day was not full on,. but nobody on previous control tell us about that and we crossed 15 check points.beware
