Very quiet & pretty spot by a river. Well away from the road. Plenty of shade and shelter with trees. The access track is a bit narrow but most big rigs should be able to squeeze through the bush. No facilities. Free.

Great place with several spots with or without shade! In our case, there was nobody else there, even during a nice Saturday evening. The view of Llaima Volcano is a nice bonus!
Report Check-InNice place to spend a night. the river is beautiful. not so much trash and it easy to find a good spot.
Report Check-InAgree that it’s trashy. No one on weekday. Do note it’s pretty close to the road and river so both the traffic and river are about the same volume
Report Check-InThere are several spots at the river. The place seams to be a „party“ place for locals also. There are some fire pits and plenty of wood arround.
