14 hours free parking lot, probably just from November to February almost on the beach, there's a nice path for bike or hike along the water. there's a train close by.

Not a lot of traffic as of 2300hrs. The paid parking seems to be 24h now. Some vehicles clearly left there overnight, so doesn't seem harshly enforced. Nice view, but bright street lights and too public for my taste. It works in a pinch, but don't expect a restful night of sleep unless you're a pro stealth camper.
Report Check-InEnjoyed this spot for a night. It is paid from 1000-0000. Road next to it isn’t busy at night. Train is DIRECTLY in front of the lot, but I found it peaceful. Nice boardwalk to walk and dogs are allowed after October 1st. Bathrooms open until 8pm. Beautiful spot. Three cars and one other van with us overnight. Gets somewhat busy in the day on a nice day.

It is paid parking from 10am till midnight, no signs saying no overnight parking.
BUT the train runs right in front of it , the amount of intense train traffic does NOT make for good nights sleep. We had 4 go by between 5 pm and 1 am when we finally moved across street!
